I am super excited to share with everyone the new Radiant Fitness Levels. Below is a short video explaining some of the whats and whys:
We wanted to make this change because we are all different and we want to teach ourselves to appreciate our own journey. We want to help our members focus on what they want
We want to help focus on the whys and workout effectiveness, not workout difficulty
With 4-5 week training phases with a more defined purposes. We want to do better at educating our members on why we choose our workouts, and why they are the best for your goals. Using these phases to allow our athletes to push into their goals when it makes sense for them. With a medium term goal, it allows for short breaks to focus on weaknesses, or appropriate times to push hard on the intensity. It helps us keep the focus on long term health and wellness without sacrificing short term fun and progress.
